The organizer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T.b. Joshua yesterday asked the Lagos state High Court in Ikeja to stop transactions of the coroner examination set up by the Lagos state govt to investigate the circumstances that prompted his congregation's building crumple on Sept. twelfth which executed 116.
T.b Joshua, who documented the request through his direction, Olalekan, Ojo, likewise asked the court to pronounce that his welcome to show up as an issue before the coroner was a rupture of his entitlement to reasonable hearing, as no argument had been secured against him before the coroner.
T.b Joshua who should show up before the coroner yesterday, through his insight, asked the coroner to suspend incidents pending the conclusion of the argument he recently recorded against it which is to be rung for hearing on December third.
Komolafe however declined his solicitation saying nobody had served him court record to that impact.
